Minimum Advertised Price Policy

Introduction

DashClicks (“DashClicks”) gives its resellers the ability to sell and promote DashClicks services/products through the Internet.  However, in order to establish a level playing field while allowing individual pricing decisions, all resellers of DashClicks services/products must adhere to the following Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policy. This policy is being implemented unilaterally, and DashClicks will not invite or accept any input into how the policy will be administered or maintained.  Further, this is not an agreement, and DashClicks will not ask for or accept any assurance of compliance or other agreement.

Policy Statement

DashClicks reserves the right to discontinue providing Services to any reseller that advertises any Reseller Services at a price lower than the prices listed for each individual service, tier, or plan. Any reseller of DashClicks products may not advertise any price under the officially published MAP for that particular product. This includes any and all coupons or promotions that apply to DashClicks services/products.

Guidelines

• The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of the Reseller Services in any and all media, including but not limited to social media posts, radio, television, magazines, reseller’s websites, blogs, press releases, internet sites, apps, or any other electronic media.
• This MAP also applies to any activity which DashClicks determines, in its sole discretion, is designed or intended to circumvent the intent of this MAP policy.

Policy Enforcement

DashClicks Reserves the right to cancel any reseller accounts and/or discounts for a reseller’s account if DashClicks reasonably believes:

• the reseller has violated the provisions of this policy; or
• the reseller intends to violate and/or circumvent this policy.

DashClicks is solely responsible for determining whether a violation of the MAP has occurred, as well as determining appropriate actions.
